Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stone those sent to you, how often I have longed to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and you were not willing. Look, your house is left to you desolate. For I tell you, you will not see me again until you say, ‘Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.’ (The Holy Bible, Matthew 23:37-39)
The above statement of Jesus in The Holy Bible contains a prophecy so stark it is incredible. He warns the Jews that because they have tried to murder the prophets who have been sent to them, their 'house is left to you desolate,' meaning they will now lose the blessings of prophethood amongst the Jews. Further, they are warned that they 'will not see me again until you say, "Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord" '.

This prophecy is simply astounding. It clearly states that the Jews will not receive the blessings of the second messiah unless they first invoke darood or blessings upon the Holy Prophet s.a.w, who came down and taught the world to recite, 'In the name of Allah' before every recitation of the Qu'ran and every other good deed. He also taught Muslims to recite the prayer, 'Bless, oh Allah, Muhammad and the people of Muhammad' in at least every prayer, five times a day.

This prophecy cannot be taken in any other way than to mean that Jesus a.s. would be from the Ummah of Muhammad s.a.w. It does not say that Jesus will return after Muhammad s.a.w, it says that only those who first accept Muhammad s.a.w. will even be able to recognise Jesus! If Jesus were to literally descend from the sky on a cloud, what difference would it make if someone had or hadn't accepted Muhammad s.a.w? It would be such a great miracle that anyone could immediately recognise a man returning from the dead by flying from the sky to be a true prophet of God. However, this isn't what Jesus has said. He has instead clearly indicated that only those who first accept Muhammad s.a.w. will be able to recognise him and this is a clear indication that the promised prophet can only be a messiah from the ummah of Muhammad s.a.w.

There is no other sensible interpretation of this and if the antis wish to reject this, they are at liberty to do so, but they must also first reject the grand prophecy that the passage contains of the coming of Muhammad s.a.w. and the teachings of Muhammad s.a.w. and perhaps they must also reject the verses from the Qu'ran which we presented earlier which clearly stated that Muhammad s.a.w. and his teachings had fulfilled the prophecies of the gospels- such as the one contained in the passage above.

The Gospel of Matthew relates:
"And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall bethe sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?" (Matthew 24:3 King James Version)

When Jesus(pbuh)'s disples asked about the 2nd Coming of Christ he gave many signs one of those signs was the Persecution of his followers.

The Gospel of Matthew relates:
“Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me..."(Matthew 24:9)

Today Ahmadi Muslims are considered kuffar(Non-Mislims) by the Shia and Sunni Muslim Ulema. Ahmadis only account for 1.125% of the Muslim Ummah. In 1974 they were considered Non-Muslim by the Pakistani Goverment. This led to heightening tensions. In 1984 Under president Zia-ul-Haq, an anti-Ahmadiyya ordinance was made in the Constitution of Pakistan which restricted the freedom of religion for Ahmadis. According to this law, Ahmadis cannot call themselves Muslim or "pose as Muslims" which is punishable by three years in prison. This was fulfilled magnificently in 1974 when the World Muslim League, which is affiliated with and has representatives from every single Muslim nation in the world, unanimously declared Ahmadis to be Kafir(Non Muslim). Furthermore, shortly after Pakistan passed it's first round of legislation against Ahmadis and ushered in a new era of fierce persecution and murder of Ahmadis, only because of their religious beliefs. Ahmadis have been persecuted in Algeria, Indonesia, Afganistan, Pakistan,Egypt,Gambia,Mayasia, and India. Every Pakistani Ahmadi Family can relate their own story of persecution from slurs like "Qadiani" and "Mirzai" to Massacres,

We see that many of these countries are Islamic countries, but bear in mind the prophecy said all nations. Now we see that persecution is moving towards the west. Countries like Belarus,USA,Belgium, and United Kingdom. The beginning states are there, only time can accelerate them.

Belgium:
In 2011 the far right party Vlaams Belang organized a demonstration against the projected building of an Ahmadi mosque in the Brussels municipality of Uccle, allegedly out of fear for a "war of religions" between radical Sunnis and Ahmadis in the streets of the municipality.

Belarus:
In 2007, the Ahmadiyya muslims were banned from practising their faith openly in the state of Belarus and given a similar status to other banned religious groups in the country. Unable to obtain state registration, Ahmadi Muslims in the country who number about 30 including 13 native Belarusians, cannot conduct their activities formally as a collectivity such as importing or distributing literature, gathering together for prayers or meetings and having an official representative.

Bulgaria:
In 2003, persistent attempts were made in Bulgaria by a local prosecutor and the national state Religious Affairs Directorate to strip Ahmadi Muslims of their legal status. Ahmadis in Bulgaria, who (at the time) claimed some 400 members across the country, were refused registration as a religious community on the grounds that they were "against the religions that people follow here" and that "other countries – such as Pakistan – also attack the religious freedom of Ahmadis, who are considered to be heretical by many Muslims". Failing to obtain a legal status, the Ahmadiyya community decided to seek registration as a non-commercial organisation with the Blagoevgrad Regional Court, where one of its biggest congregations is based. This too was rejected on the grounds that "the community had been denied registration as a religion" and that "only registered religious communities are allowed to create non-commercial entities to promote their faith". However, the community was able to successfully challenge this latter decision and gained registration as such in December 2005. Subsequently, their legal status as a non-commercial organisation was again opposed by the Religious Affairs Directorate and the Regional Prosecutor's Office lodged a suit to the regional court calling for it to revoke the registration. The Bulgarian authorities citied the Pakistani government's legal measures against the Ahmadis as a reason to restrict their rights also. Most human rights and religious freedom activists have seen this denial of registration to the Ahmadi community as an exception

United Kingdom:
Ahmadis in the UK have endured killings, mass protests by other Muslims against Ahmadi mosque construction,[161] and threats and intimidation.[162] In March 2016, the First Minister of Scotland, Nicola Sturgeon, attended the wake of an Ahmadi, Asad Shah, 40, killed by a Sunni, Tanveer Ahmed, 32, in what the police characterised as "religious prejudice".[163] In April 2016, leaflets calling for death to Ahmadis were found in Stockwell Green mosque.[164][165] The mosque claimed that it was unaware of the leaflets being placed on its premises. The leaflets were authored in the name of an ex-head, Yusuf Ludhianvi, of Khatam-e-Nabuwwat (or Khatme Nabuwwat) – an anti-Ahmadiyya organization. The organization is fully known as Almi Majlis-e-Tahafuz Khatmi Nubuwat or the International Committee for the Protection of the Finality of Prophethood.

USA:
Recently(2019) a threat was made against Baitus Samee,An Ahmadi Mosque in Houston,Texas.

Caliph IV of the Jama'at also said that one day Ahmadis will be persecuted by Western nations and even worse than what Muslims did to us.

The Gospel of Matthew relates:
"Watch out that no one deceives you. For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Messiah,’ and will deceive many."(Matthew 24:4-5)
And it Goes on to relate:
"And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many."(Matthew 24:11)

Let's examine the statement of Jesus that the era of the Messiah will be marked by the by the claimants to messiahship and 'false prophets'. The Promised Messiah, Hadhrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad, lived from 1835 to 1908. Let us briefly examine examples of those who the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community believe to have been the most notable false prophets of his era:

Joseph Smith, 1805-1844, claimant to Prophethood, founder of Mormonism
Bahaullah, 1817-1892, claimant to Messiahship, founder of Bahaiism
Bab, 1819-1850, claimant to Mahdiship, founder of Babism
Muhammad Ahmad, 1845-1885, claimant to Mahdiship, political leader
John Alexander Dowie, 1847-1907, claimant to Messiahship, church founder
John Hugh Smyth Piggot, 1800s-1927, claimant to Messiahship, leader of Apegamone sect

The Christians predicted that the Messiah would come in 1844, and when no Jesus appeared descending from the sky they termed the event The Great Disappointment.
Hadrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani(a.s) states:

If I am in error in claiming to be the Promised Messiah, then why don't you try to make the Promised Messiah you have in mind descend from heaven in these very days, for I am here and he for whom you are waiting is nowhere to be seen. My claim can only be effectively refuted if he descends from heaven and I am proved to be false. If you are indeed truthful, you should supplicate all together that the Messiah son of Mary should soon be seen descending from heaven. If you are indeed in the right, your prayer will be heard, for the prayers of the righteous are accepted in contrast to the prayers of the false, but you may be certain that this prayer of yours will not be accepted as you are in error. The Messiah has come but you have failed to recognise him. Your vain hope will never be fulfilled. This age will pass and no one from among you will see the Messiah descending from heaven. (Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad, Izala-e-Auham)
The Gospel of Matthew relates:
"At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other,"(Matthew 24:10)

This sign has multiplied in a large way, today people are leaving religion and Islam at a fast rate. Atheism is surging in the United States. It has already trounced Europe and it will spread it's tentacles to the east. The Muslim Countries are quickly Modernizing {Case in point Kuwait which is becoming secular and more secular]
The Gospel of Matthew relates:
For as the lightning cometh out of the east and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.
— Matthew, 24: 27-28

This Prophecy correlates with another prophecy related in a hadith:
Allah would send the Messiah, son of Mary, and he will descend near (at/by) the white minaret, East of Damascus, wearing two saffron-coloured garments, his hands resting on the wings of two Angels.
— Sahih Muslim Book 41, Hadith 7015

Clearly this prophecy is metaphorical as wearing saffron is haram and wearing yellow was warned against by Holy Prophet Muhammad(saw).

Hadrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani states:
"Now our adversaries, though they repeatedly read this hadith of Damascus, yet they are unable to answer as to what the message contained in that which has been stated in it is – namely that the promised Messiah will descend near the minaret that is to the east of Damascus. Rather they have considered this hadith like a mere story, but let it be remembered that this is no story and that God is pure from useless actions…This passage did not mean that the minaret is a part of Damascus and is situated in Damascus as has unfortunately been understood. Rather, it meant that the light of [the teachings of] the promised Messiah will rise, like the sun, from a direction to the east of Damascus and dispel the Western darkness. And this was a subtle indication for the minaret of the Messiah, near which he is to descend, had been declared as being to the east of Damascus and the Damascene Trinity was kept to its western side. And thus was it foretold about the age to come, that when the promised Messiah comes, he will make his appearance like the sun which comes out of the east, and as opposed to him, the lifeless lamp of Trinity that is situated towards the west, will fade away day by day."(Majumah Ishiraat Vol.3 pg 290-294)
— Majmooa Ishtiharat,

The Promised Messiah came 1290 years after the Holy Prophet (may peace and blessings of Allāh be upon him) and Promised Son of the Promised Messiah, Ḥaḍrat Mirzā Bashiruddin Maḥmūd Aḥmad(ra) came 1335 years after the Holy Prophet : And from the time the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days.

The Book of Daniel relates:
Blessed is he that waiteth, and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days. (Daniel, 12:11-12)
Gospel Of Mathew relates that Jesus(pbuh) said:
Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and powers of the heavens will be shaken. (Matthew, 24:29)
The Gospel of Luke relates:
Then said he (Jesus) unto them, Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: And great earthquakes shall be in diverse places, and famines and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven. (Luke, 21:10-11)
It is shown from the Bible that "A Second Coming" is Metaphorical not Literal.

The re-advent of Elijah (may peace be on him):

The 2nd book of Kings relates:

And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked that, behold, there appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire. And parted them both asunder: and E-li-jah went up by a whirlwind into heaven. (2 Kings 2:11)

The Book of Malachi relates:
Behold I will send you E-li-jah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord.(Malachi, 4-5)

John the Baptist came as Elijah:

The Gospel of Matthew relates:
The disciples asked him, “Why then do the teachers of the law say that Elijah must come first?” Jesus replied, “To be sure, Elijah comes and will restore all things. But I tell you, Elijah has already come, and they did not recognize him, but have done to him everything they wished. In the same way the Son of Man is going to suffer at their hands.” Then the disciples understood that he was talking to them about John the Baptist. (Matthew, 11:14)

The Gospel of Matthew relates:
But I say unto you, that E-li-as is come already and they knew him not, but have done unto him whatsoever they listed. Likewise shall also the son of man suffer of them. (Matthew, 17:12)

This shows that a re-advent of person is merely a metaphorical coming and not literal.
